RECRUITMENT
Theta Alpha teaches "the most important man is the next man". Going off of this motto, Theta Alpha puts 110% into IFC Formal Recruitment. Our recruitment chair this year is Todd Theis.
Last year, Theta Alpha managed to attract 32 men who will write the next chapter of their story with Pi Kapp. Pi Kappa Phi had the largest pledge class at the University of Southern Mississippi.
